Formica Flooring
Formica Flooring is a high-density fibreboard, factory laminated with layers of melamine resin impregnated paper to produce a highly durable flooring product. It is chlorine, PVC free, does not contain any wood preservatives or harmful solvents and meets the low formaldehyde emission level E1. A significant proportion of pre-consumer recycled (60%) and reclaimed wood fibre is used, giving a high eco-preferred content. Formica Flooring has been awarded the Good Environmental Choice Australia mark.

High Pressure Laminates
Laminex and Formica High Pressure Laminates (HPL) are made from layers of impregnated Kraft paper and are designed for use as decorative surfaces for benches, wall linings, furniture and joinery in interior applications. They are durable with high wear, scratch and moisture resistance with low volatile organic compounds (VOC) and formaldehyde emissions. Paper suppliers source wood pulp from sustainably managed plantations. A large range has been awarded the Good Environmental Choice Australia mark.

Melamine Decorated Panels
Laminex Vertiboard, Decorwood, Structural MR, Formica Colorpanel, White MDF and Lamiwood are wood composite panels (MDF or particleboard) laminated with hardwearing melamine surfaces for use in general joinery applications. Vertiboard, Decorwood and Structural MR are all available in low formaldehyde emission levels E1 or E0, with other products meeting the E1 level. A significant proportion of pre-consumer recycled (50-60%) and reclaimed wood fibre is used, giving a high eco-preferred content. All E0 products and decorated MDF panels have been awarded the Good Environmental Choice Australia mark.

Raw Panels
A range of raw MDF and particleboard panels are available in low formaldehyde emission levels E1 or E0. A significant proportion of pre-consumer recycled (50-60%) and reclaimed wood fibre is used, giving a high eco-preferred content. Up to 12% of raw material input to Western Australian manufactured particleboard is now recycled wood waste. Craftwood MDF, and Particleboard E0 have been awarded the Good Environmental Choice Australia mark.
